02Visiting the workshop
The bench is at 5 Park Avenue, Thatcham, England RG18 4NN. It is a working repair room rather than a shop floor, so visits are by appointment: email or call first and we will set aside a time. Collection of online orders in person can be arranged the same way at no charge.
03Booking a repair
Email a description of the fault with the make and model and, if possible, a photograph or short video of the symptom. We reply with an estimate and an expected turnaround. Items can be posted to us or dropped off by appointment. Every repair carries a twelve-month warranty on the work done.
We work on consoles from the cartridge era to the seventh generation, their controllers and power supplies, and cathode-ray televisions and monitors. We do not currently repair modern flat-panel televisions.
