Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current UK rate. The amount shown on the order summary is the amount charged; there are no additional fees for any payment method. A VAT invoice is emailed with the dispatch confirmation.

Your card or account is charged when the order is confirmed. If we have to cancel an order before dispatch, the full amount is refunded to the same method, normally within five working days.

Card payments are processed by the payment provider on its own secure page with 3-D Secure verification, so your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its app. We never see or store full card numbers; our records hold only the last four digits and a transaction reference.

A promotional code can be entered at checkout. Codes are checked and applied by our team when the order is processed, and the adjusted total is shown on the confirmation email. One code per order; codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

If a payment is declined the order is not created and no money is taken; a pending authorisation shown by your bank disappears within a few days. Check the card details and billing address match, or try another method. If the problem persists, email us and we will look at it from our side.
